Or should I say Spamanot. It’s no secret that I have been migrating all of my services away from google. That includes changing a lot of logins and at the same time culling the services that are not critical. I plan to reregister for the ones that I will use in the future where there is no need to retain historical purchase information.

One pleasant side effect of that is a massive decrease in the amount of spam email hitting my inbox. With the services where I changed the email address login info I also changed my mail preferences.

In the past 24hrs I have only received one unsolicited email. I immediately clicked the unsubscribe link at the end of the mail. Since then all has been quiet on the digital front. It feels like I’m on a real digital retreat. 

Who knows. When the town centres reopen I might start shopping local again 😀
