One week into the seed planting experiment. Did I mention I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. Some shoots have sprouted. Fingers crossed for success.

Yes it might be cold enough to freeze a witches tit but it’s officially spring and the office doors WILL remain open for the next three months. It’s the same premise used by middle aged men driving convertible cars
Jesus Christ on his bicycle of love ❤️ It’s worse than the US and North Korea here at the moment. A true battle of he said she said. The EU threatening to block shipment of AZ vaccine out of the block and UK threatening to block shipping the ingredients needed to make the pfeizer biontech vaccine into the block. I guess the crux of this is the EU views any company with a factory running within their region as their property that are controlled by the EU themselves. That’s where they have it wrong. The manufacturers are an independent business who honour contracts as they came in. The EU does not seem to get that simple premise. Hmmmmm get the popcorn on, it’s going to be a long night. 😀😀

I’m not going to lie. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing here. I’ve never ever grown a single plant from a seed and now I’m aiming to get a vegetable patch up and running. So let’s see how things run with phase one of my plan. Yesterday I started with some seed planting for plants that will work in the propagator.
i would say as it stands there’s a 76% chance of complete failure. Fingers crossed.

We’ve got a patient in the house. Fever running high, aches and pains. Luckily Nurse Raggiddy ass is on call 24×7… available to administer doses of Netflix and Now TV. Thanks nursey
Twenty four hours after the vaccination and I’m still alive. I managed to make my way to Lidl this morning to get some croissants so I assume that means all is well. Will continue to report back on progress as it happens.

What a crazy year it’s been. Just over twelve months ago the UK 🇬🇧 went into national lockdown. This morning I had my first dose of vaccine. It’s testament to the enormous effort on the part of the global scientific community. Feeling the muscle after the injection but generally all good for now. Expecting that to be the case for the next twenty four hours. Side effects tend to kick in after that… fingers crossed they will be mild.
Whoo hoo I’ve just received my invite to get vaccinated. I’ll be having mine next Friday at my local surgery. There was no hesitation from the second the text arrived to me making the appointment. Fill em up baby!

The latest piece of art to grace the walls of Cranbourne house. It’s a limited edition painted on the back of three aged maple skateboards by an artist called Gareth Tristan Evans. Absolutely love it. We even moved the painting by Nuala Clarke up to one of the bedrooms to make space for it.
