It’s 4pm, I’ve got a big presentation in the morning and I’ve just had six additional slides dropped on me. Time for some coffee inspiration.

okay so obvs this was a February impulse buy but I have to admit we’ve never looked back. It’s been pancakes for breakfast lunch and dinner since this bad boy arrived home. Even got us back on the waffles … thanks gawd for Lidl 😍😍
This track is taking me from day to evening at the moment. It’s got a real disco vibe 😀

It’s Sunday afternoon – who doesn’t love a bit of Russian based deep-house? This act is actually quite classy – Hipstercast on Mixcloud. I listen to a lot of their mixes on repeat. Check out some of my favourites here –

A sunny day in the woods with your trusty dog by your side. I think I’ve been going for walks in the Bramshill woods for over three years now and I’m still discovering new paths. We had a 2.5hr 12000 step epic today. Thankfully plenty of dirty puddles for Benson to rehydrate himself (he always chooses the skanky algae pool over the fresh mountain streams….dogs huh!)
My allotment life …
The sun made an early appearance today so I headed down to the allotment to do some digging. Jesus this is boring.
So my friend Tanisha is like ‘Daniel babes! How is it you’re looking so totes delish?’ And I be like ‘Tanny hun it’s obvs the no fat yogurt and fruit based diet innit!’

it’s that time of year when you hit the forest and realise that spring is just around the corner. Had a wonderful 2hr walk with Diane and the doggies in Bramshill. Still managed to get home in time for my meeting. Life is good!

To be honest I thought it would be quicker but in less than 24hours Reading festival has sold out. By less than 24hrs I mean after they announced the festival would go ahead this year. Tickets have been on sale for months now. I bought mine ages ago. But there’s been such pent up demand for something, anything, to actually go ahead this year … once the announcement went out they came in their droves and snapped up what was left.
and of course there is the usual price-gouging going on with the touts selling for exaggerated prices on viagogo. It’ll be interesting to see if this changes the demographic. Only time will tell.
