Haven’t been too active on here for some time. New phone, lots of social stuff and just plain laziness to blame I guess. Anyway I was working on my pages for the Nepal trip earlier in the year and it’s got my juices flowing again.
Went out in London last weekend with Heather. OMG did we hit it hard. Took half a week to get over it. We hit the bars in Soho. I’d genuinely forgotten how much fun it is to go out in London at the weekend. Kind of rekindled by going up the week before to meet Mike and the American crew (Steve, Odin, and Helen) who I met while in Lisbon with Gillian and Caroline. We had two nights of karaoke in King’s Cross. I totally killed it on the second night (as in murdered every song I sang. Total disaster 😂).
Anyway back to myself and Heather last weekend. Met some great people. Did some crazy dancing. And got home at 4am. Not too shabby for a pair of oldies 😜
